Payment Policy
All our items are on a first come first serve basis due to the nature of our business and size of our shop. Custom work may not be cancelled once work has begun. If you’d like additional finishes or work done on the piece there will additional fees.

 

Refund Policy
Due to nature of our pieces all sales are final. Please review my pictures and details carefully. Ask as many questions and request as many photos as you need to in order to feel totally comfortable before purchase, as all sales are final. Vintage items will show their age and may not be perfect.

Local Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery $50-$150 per piece within the suburbs and city depending on where you live. We do offer bundle pricing if you need multiple pieces delivered. If you do purchase a piece from us and the piece is finished we require that you immediately set up delivery or pick up the item because we do not have the space to store the piece for you. A lot of our customers rent a Home Depot truck and pick up their pieces.

 

Shipping Policy

We do not currently offer shipping on any furniture. We encourage you to find your own delivery method if you’d like! We currently do not ship furniture out of state or internationally. 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for in-transit damage. Please consider this policy carefully before making a purchase. Most shipping companies will offer insurance, so upon receipt, please please look it over carefully because after you take it you cannot file a claim.
